Our Delivery Options 

Standard Delivery will be through a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

FREE Delivery on orders over £40* (Plastic free range). This excludes the furniture section as furniture is shipped by a separate removals style courier service. The Sophie James paints are also shipped independently so are not included in the order total for this option of free delivery. The Sophie James Decor Paints shipping details are listed separately.

We aim to ship your product within 1-2 working days. See below for more details on furniture deliveries.

We use old recycled packaging to reduce the amount of new packaging entering the system rather than it becoming single use, so please be aware that sometimes your packaging might appear 'used'.

Upcycled Furniture Delivery

Items of upcycled furniture can be delivered for free within 5 miles of Coxhoe. This will update automatically in the checkout when entering your postcode. 

For furniture items that are priced £199 or more we offer free nationwide delivery (excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands). For these locations shipping must be quoted before placing your order as the cost is considerably more to ship to these areas. We reserve the right to cancel any orders to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands if a shipping quote is not obtained prior to ordering and the delivery cost is deemed unreasonable.

We primarily use Proovia to deliver our furniture. The furniture will be wrapped in blankets by the courier to protect it in transit. It will be securely strapped for save travels. Our delivery charge for furniture is £49.00 for items that are not included in the free delivery service. 

Dispatch and delivery is aimed to be completed within two weeks for furniture. 

We have to use a removals style courier service as these are not flat packed furniture items and can't be shipped with other delivery companies. The delivery is based on a one man van service so if you specifically require a 2 man service this is a £20 additional charge.

Sophie James Decor Paints

Sophie James Paints are shipped independently from the rest of our product range and therefore have different shipping costs associated. Delivery costs are calculated based on the total value of only Sophie James products in your basket. If the basket contains a mix of Sophie James products and other items shipped by us, the shipping will be costed based on the rate below for Sophie James, and the rates above for all other products. This means you may incur two different delivery charges where there is a mix of products.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, and often sooner.

50ml tester pots and Peel & Stick samples are sent via Royal Mail First Class.
250ml, 1 litre and 2.5 litre tins are delivered using a specialist liquid courier to ensure your paint arrives safely. When using this service, delivery is usually the next working day, and you’ll receive an email on the morning of delivery with a two-hour time slot.

At present, Sophie James Decor Paints delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only.
