Are you the same business as GJF Furnishings?

Yes, Reduce. Reuse. Refurbish by GJF Furnishings is our new business name. We rebranded in March 2024. We felt that GJF Furnishings no longer captured the essence of what we do overall, so we became Reduce. Reuse. Refurbish by GJF Furnishings. A name we are very proud of, and feel it fits more with what we do overall. 

I like the style of your upcycled furniture and was wondering if you do commissions?

Yes it is possible to arrange a commission to give your existing furniture a brand new look. Please send an email with a photo of the furniture, a brief description of what you would like, the dimensions and your location to gjffurnishings@gmail.com or contact us here and we will get back to you with a quotation. I like the lamps but would like a different bottle or fabric?

We can mix and match the bottles and fabrics if you have a favourite bottle type in mind but would like a different shade. We can also do bespoke lamps and lampshades to tailor to your home décor so please contact us for more information through email gjffurnishings@gmail.com or contact us here.

How long will it take you to dispatch my order?

Normally we would aim to ship within 1-2 working days (excluding furniture). In the event of sickness, there may be delays to dispatching items. If this is the case, we will always endeavor to inform you as soon as possible. 

When we ship furniture with a courier, we aim to provide the best service with the most reliable couriers. On occasion, couriers may face setbacks in their delivery plans, which may cause delays to your furniture arriving when planned. A courier would have your contact number so they can update you in the event of any delays to their schedule. Couriers only receive their payment for the job once they have delivered your items. Furniture deliveries are typically completed within 7-10 days.

Where can I find customer reviews?

You can find our customer reviews on Google and on our Facebook page. Please note, our business name has changed since March 2024. You may read our reviews based on our former business name GJF Furnishings. This is still us. Our business hasn't changed, just our name and branding.

Is there a physical shop?

We closed our physical shop on 23rd July 2022 in Warwickshire due to us relocating to County Durham. We are now continuing the business online only with UK wide shipping. You can find us at the Coxhoe Market with a stall on the first Saturday of every month if you'd like to visit us. This market takes place at the Coxhoe Village Hall between 9am - 1pm.
