A litre of Sophie James Paint covers up to 14m², providing excellent coverage with impressive opacity. The quick-drying formula allows two coats to be applied within around two hours, helping you complete projects more efficiently. Particularly bright colours may occasionally require an additional coat to reach their full vibrancy.

Self-Priming with Built-in Wax

There's no need for separate primers or finishing waxes on most projects. Sophie James Paint is self-priming and includes a built-in protective wax that helps create a durable finish while reducing preparation time and simplifying the decorating process.

Better for Your Home

Sophie James Paint is water-based, low odour and manufactured to comply with the UK Paint Directive 2012 for Low VOC products, containing no more than 10g of VOCs per litre. Recyclable packaging and biodegradable packing materials are used wherever possible.

How to Use Sophie James Paint

For the best results, ensure every surface is clean, dry and free from grease, wax, dust and loose paint before you begin. Wash thoroughly using sugar soap where required, rinse with clean water and allow the surface to dry fully.

Lightly sand smooth or glossy surfaces to improve adhesion before removing all dust.

Stir the paint thoroughly before use and apply with a quality brush or roller. Two coats are recommended for most projects, although particularly vibrant shades may benefit from an additional coat for maximum colour depth.

Wash brushes and rollers with clean water immediately after use and reseal any remaining paint for future projects.
