Vintage Green Dressing Table

  • Painted in Pale Piccolino by Sophie James Decor Paint - a soft, light green.
  • Details highlighted in a muted gold, and waxed with a brown wax to give an aged appearance.
  • Mirrors are showing signs of age and the left hand mirror has a small scratch. Mirrors can be replaced at an additional charge if the customer requests. 
  • Measurements: Height 150cm, Width 117.5cm, Depth 53cm.

Vintage Green Dressing Table

This elegant vintage dressing table has been thoughtfully upcycled to enhance its original beauty while preserving the charm and craftsmanship of the original design.

It has been painted in Pale Piccolino by Sophie James Decor, a beautifully soft, understated green with warm, creamy undertones giving the piece a fresh yet timeless feel. Selected details have been highlighted in Golden Oldie by Frenchic, a muted antique gold, before being finished with dark wax to create a delicate aged effect that adds depth without overpowering the piece.

The quality of the original craftsmanship is evident throughout. The curved drawers feature exposed dovetail joints on the outer sides, which have been carefully highlighted in paint to showcase this traditional joinery. A subtle stencilled motif has also been added to the central pull-out drawer, providing a decorative focal point that complements the overall elegance of the design.

The three mirrors have been intentionally retained to maintain the authentic vintage character of the dressing table. As with genuine pieces of this age, the mirrors are not perfect, but they remain fully functional and full of charm.

  • The left-hand mirror has a small scratch at the bottom, which is highlighted in the images, along with light age-related markings in the glass.

  • The central mirror also shows gentle signs of aging, visible as natural wear within the glass, which we have tried to capture accurately in the photographs.

These characteristics are purely cosmetic and do not affect usability; instead, they contribute to the piece’s history and individuality. For those who would prefer a more pristine finish, replacement mirror glass can be sourced upon request. This would be quoted separately, and must be agreed before ordering, and will require an additional 5–7 days to organise on top of our standard delivery times.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £199 (excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands). For these locations shipping must be quoted before placing your order as the cost is considerably more to ship to these areas. We reserve the right to cancel any orders to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands if a shipping quote is not obtained prior to ordering and the delivery cost is deemed unreasonable.

The UK Wide Delivery option is for the rest of mainland UK and Scotland. We will send furniture through a removals  van style service.
